Hotel Policies

The standard check-in time is 12:00 PM and the standard check-out time is 12:00 PM. Early check-in or late check-out is strictly subjected to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed and reconfirmed with hotel directly

Hotel may charge compulsory gala dinner supplement on Christmas / New Year's eve or other festive periods. Any such supplements need to be paid directly at the hotel.

As per Delhi Government guidelines, every guest has to present valid id proofs like Passport, Driving License, Voter Card, Aadhar Card at the time of check-In, and No Delhi NCR local guest will be entertained with out proper verification from Hotel Team and local police station( only for localities of Delhi NCR)

Please Note- Pan Card/College/ any official Id is not a valid ID Proof, Check in will be denied in absence of valid ID proof..

In certain unavoidable circumstance we can shift our esteemed guest to our group properties- Hotel Cabana, Hotel All Iz Well, Hotel Prince Palace DX, Hotel Nirmal Mahal, Hotel Arjun, which are an equivalent properties to each other and located adjacently to each other in the same location.

Guests with the Delhi Id will not be entertained.

Foreigners must carry passport with valid Visa.

Non Resident Indians (NRI's) must carry passport with valid visa or any authentic valid Indian identification ID.
